In the black list of products scientists have included the aerated drinks. They render special harm to an organism because of the raised maintenance of colorants, aromatizing and concentrates. There are drinks with taste of a lemon, every possible berries and even cappuccino. It is easy to over persuade yourself not to drink this poison if to recollect, that because of the sweet they only cause thirst and do not satisfy it at all.
The second in a rating are chocolate bars. Widely advertised sweets have a huge popularity, however their unforgettable taste gives a large quantity of sugar and various chemical additives.
Dieticians consider that a sausage is also dangerous. As it has appeared, sausages contain up to 40 % of the latent fats and a set of flavouring additives. Fat grades of meat also do not render significant advantage. Not without purpose Moslems and Jews do not eat pork . This meat renders huge blow to the stomach, especially in a fried variant.
In the list of the products, which it is necessary to avoid, chips are also included. Unfortunately, this delicacy consists of a mix of carbohydrates and fat, plus – notorious flavouring additives. The early researches of scientists have proved that the frequent use of chips fatally affects the female organism. In particular, the Dutch experts assert, that products of fast food and especially chips have a negative an effect on a female organism. If women like to use such products in the diet they have raised chances to have cancer of uterine cervix or ovaries. The products, which are better for excluding from a food to women, are crackers and cookies, and also fried potatoes.
The matter is that all listed products of fast food contain the substance called acrylamide. The group of researchers from the University in Maastricht has decided to establish interrelation between this chemical element and cancer development. For this purpose the scientists have made the analysis of diets of 120000 women and could reveal a relationship of cause and effect between this substance and oncological disease.
It is necessary to notice, that acrylamide is a chemical, which is formed in some products during thermal processing. It possesses, under the assumption of scientists, cancerogenic properties.
Thus, during researches, the scientists have managed to find out, that women, who consumed 40 mg of acrylamide daily, had risk to be ill with cancer of uterine cervix or ovaries twice more than women who avoided food from fast food.
